She was predeceased by: her parents, John Swisher and Virginia Swisher (Schrein); her husband Norman Snyder; her son Todd Snyder; her siblings, Terry Swisher and Alma Nofzinger; and her stepfather Harold Luce.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Snyder (Tracy), Wendy Nowatka (Johnny), Shelly Betz (Brian) and Scott Snyder (Amy); her siblings, Vernon Swisher (Bev), Judy Kubitz (Kent), Jackie Drew (Harry), Donna White (Danny), Lani Brown (Bob), Bill Swisher (Sandy), Greg Swisher (Mary), Debbie Lynch, Keith Swisher (Cindy) and Mickey Cluckey (Wayne); her daughter-in-law Susan Snyder; and her brother-in-law Don Nofzinger. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
