He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Deye; his children, Scott Cooke, Jodi Barber (Chris), Kelly Christian and Kerrie Mikolajczyk; his grandchildren, Erica, Christian, Nick and Drew; and his close friend Dave Heinl. He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
