She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Lund and Lucy Lund (Kohnke); her husband Joseph A. Smith; her sons, Andrew and Thomas Smith; her brothers, Thomas and Norbert Lund; her sons-in-law, Richard Roose and Rex Funnell; and her granddaughter Kimberly Schmidt.
She is survived by: her daughter Dolores Ann Browndorf; her siblings, Lake, Gerald Smith (Katrina) of Buchanan, Kathleen Roose of Three Oaks, Michael Smith of Three Oaks, Theresa Leazenby (Mark) of Buchanan, Philip Smith of Three Oaks, Monica Schmidt (Scott) of Niles and Mary Jane Lorance (Ray) of Niles; and her daughter-in-law Judi Smith of Berrien Springs. She is also survived by nineteen grand-children, eighteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Wagner Family Funerals Pobocik Chapel (106 E Ash St, Three Oaks, MI 49128). Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church (28 W Ash St, Three Oaks, MI 49128). A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at the TBD Forest Lawn Cemetery (6865 W Forest Lawn Rd, Three Oaks, MI 49128).
The family prefers contributions in memory of Dolores be made to St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 28 West Ash Street, Three Oaks, Michigan 49128.
