He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Roose of Three Oaks; his sons, Rich Roose, Jr. of Niles, David Roose (Angie) of Berrien Springs and Matthew Roose (Amanda) of Tarpon Springs; his grandsons, Owen, Ethan, Richard III, Anthony, Cayson and Brantley; and his sister Sharon Plomb (Michael) of Niles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wagner Family Funerals Pobocik Chapel (106 E Ash St, Three Oaks, MI 49128). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church (28 W Ash St, Three Oaks, MI 49128).
