He is survived by: his fiancé Jonna Meyer of Louisville, KY; his children, Lance Leavitt (Brooke Toby) of Memphis, TN, Nick Leavitt of Huntington Beach, CA and Brooke Clark (Tom) of Eagle Mountain, UT.; his grandchildren, Brodie, Wyatt Leavitt, Dalilah, Carol Leavitt, Mikayla and Tommy Clark; his sisters, Pamela Hart-Ford, Teri Leavitt and Rhonda Leavitt; and his siblings-in-law, Todd Huff (Kelly) of Three Rivers, MI and Julie Price (Glen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
