She was predeceased by: her parents, Norm Brooks and Charlene Brooks (Eyer); her son Casy; and her stepsister Mindy Bunkelman. She is survived by: her husband Randy Hoffman; her son Cory Hoffman (Rachel); her grandchildren, Brenden, Blake, Madison and Emma; her brothers, Greg (Leslie) and Jeff; and her stepsiblings, Cindy Bunkelman, Scott Bunkelman and Connie Meade.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Riverside Church (207 E Michigan Ave, Three Rivers, MI 49093). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Donations in Connie's memory may be directed to Cory Hoffman which will go towards helping cover funeral costs.
