He was predeceased by: his mother Marcie L. Weatherwax (Forseman). He is survived by: his father John P. Weatherwax; his significant other Jeanie Drake; his children, MicKenzie (Tobias), KayLynn Drake, Dominic, Skylar and Addison; his siblings, Timothy Weatherwax (Tiffany Carlisle), Lynette Kipker and John Weatherwax (Yuki); and his adoptive parents, Don Drake and Shirley Drake. He is also survived by three grandchildren: several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews: special friends.
