She was predeceased by: her mother Pamela Sue Swann. She is survived by: her daughter Caidence Ballard (Gary Bruce Swann); her siblings, Chris Swann (Emily) of Three Rivers, MI, Travis Swann of Elkhart, IN, Ian Ketchum and Dean Nichols; and her father Joel Nichols of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
