She is survived by: her husband Jack Zentz; her children, Chad Zentz (Rachael), Jeffery Zentz (April) and Lori Liskovec; her grandchildren, Liam, Aiden, Mikayla, Jordon, Jaaron, Lauren, Taylor, Jonah, Corbin and Brooke; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Emmit, Jayce, Julianna and Jaylee.
