She is survived by: her former husband Max Benthin; her children, Debra Benthin, Doug Gage (Jacque), Deb Osborn (Bob), Pam Heivilin (Mike) and Brenda Kinsey (Patrick); and her grandchildren, Beau Osborn, Jason Heivilin, Logan Heivilin, Christy Sutton, Brandon Gage, Cara Spence and Meryl Cabrera.
Donations in Phyllis' memory may be directed to either First United Methodist Church of Three Rivers or the Alzheimer's Association.
