He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Millard and Roberta Ann Millard (Howe). He is survived by: his wife Lori Samson-Masnari; his foster parents, Rex Crotser and Ann Crotser; his children, Brandi Millard, Rebecca Hynicka (Dallas) and Ashleigh Sutter (Jonathan); his stepdaughters, Sarah Vancamp-Findlay (Zac) and Megan Martin (Sean); his grandchildren, Ethan Hynicka, Madelyn Hynicka, Megan Sutter, Abigail Sutter, Olivia Sutter and Matthew Sutter; his stepgrandchildren, Maxum Findlay, Vaughn Geiger, Walter Geiger and Seanna Martin; his siblings, Mickel Millard (Marcia), Greg Millard (Shelly), Roberta Ostten (Lee), Renee Hoard and Robin Henckel (Matt); his foster brothers, Tony Crotser (Paula), Troy Crotser (Rebecca), Chad Crotser and Travis Crotser (Katie); his sister-in-law Angie Spence; and his friends, Chuck, Cheryl Birkhold, Bill Ray, March, Cudles Durren, Dan, Val Heffernan and Butch Dehn. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
