As Russell William departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Russell William may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Russell William leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his sister Betty Hetzel. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Butz; and his children, William "Bill" Butz (Frances "Candy"), John Carlos (Deanna) and Idy Stemaly (Judson). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Stemaly Home (202 E Adams St, Three Rivers, MI 49093).
