She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Irwin and Martha Irwin (VanKirk); her husband James Hay; and her brothers, Rodney Irwin and Richard Irwin.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jaime Hay and Jessie Hay; her grandchildren, Zachary Salmen, Tyler Hay, Caleb Salmen and Logan VanHuffel; her great grandchildren, Oaklee (Boogie) and Ashton; and her siblings, Ron Irwin, Carol Hargrove and Karen Howard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
