With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanetta Louise VanScoik of Three Rivers, Michigan, who passed away on March 15, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil K. Postma and Hazel P. Postma (Wagner); her husband Marvin VanScoik; her children, Jack VanScoik and Lisa Barnes (VanScoik); and her brother Charles Postma.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Pierce (Keith), Steve VanScoik (Lynda), Tony VanScoik (Pam) and Scott VanScoik (Susan); her children-in-law, Brenda VanScoik and Duane Barnes; her grandchildren, Chuckie Schrader, Amy Weller (Bruce), Doug Schrader (Haven), Kelley Moore (Jason), Betsy Verwys (Jeremy), Michael VanScoik (Sarah), Dennis VanScoik, Joey VanScoik (Marisa), Crystal Smith (Travis), Tim VanScoik, Phillip VanScoik, Jason Kerr (Jenny), Autumn Yost (Brock), Matt Kerr (Jessica), Travis Kerr, James Staffen and Ben VanScoik; and her siblings, Robert Postma, Arland Postma, Leroy Postma, Bonnie Crisp and JoAnn Williams. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Donations in Wanetta's memory may be directed to Warner Camp in Grand Junction or Bethany Chapel.
