He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Lillian Chenoweth (Gouin) and Rex Chenoweth; his sister Suzanne Chenoweth; and his stepson Errol Smith. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Kay Bishop Smith; his children, Dan Chenoweth (Amy), Doug Chenoweth (Kim) and Katie Stanley (Andy); his stepdaughter Amanda Crawford; his brothers, Alan Chenoweth and Ted Chenoweth; and his grandchildren, Ben, Bo, Elle, Rex, Drew, Grant, Maggie, Tess, Jaslon and Kaia.
