He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold H. Christiansen and Eileen W. Christiansen (Dietz). He is survived by: his brother Jeffrey Christiansen; his daughters, Amy Kuiper (Bryan) and Dee Mahaffey; and his great grandchildren, Kassie, Drake Baurle, Chase Hobbs and Arthur Ash.
