She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Overby and Florence Overby (Harp); her husband Donald Houdek; and her siblings, Anna McDougal, Janice Payne, Karen Csaszar and Leonard Overby.
She is survived by: her children, Michael O'Brien (Beth), Carl O'Brien, Patrick O'Brien (Pennie) and Brenda Korb (Jerry); and her sisters, Arlene O'Brien, Yvonne Sadler and Germaine Overby. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to East Bay Calvary Church in Betsy's honor.
