He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lewis and Jean Lewis; and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Caitlin, Matthew (Laura), Patrick (Taylor) and Cameron; his brother Jon; and his granddaughter Isla.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Bay Meadows Golf Course (5550 Bay Meadows Dr, Traverse City, MI 49684). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Peninsula Township Cemetery (15318 Peninsula Dr, Traverse City, MI 49686). Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Lewis Family Home (7787 E Shore Rd, Traverse City, MI 49686).
