He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Kuiken and Jeanette Kuiken. He is survived by: his wife Maurine Haas Kuiken; his children, Kathy Rakers (Kevin) and David Kuiken (Lynda); his grandsons, Colin, Flynn and Roan; and his sister Betty Essenburg (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
