She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Cotter; her great-grandparent Cora Howell; and her grandparents, Ardis and Maryellen Howell. She is survived by: her mother Louise Cotter; her children, Cora Kangas, Emma Kangas and Elijah Kangas; her sister Jennifer Brown (Ron); and her sibling's children, Angela O'Grady (Zach) and Jason Brown (Bradie).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home (305 Sixth St, Traverse City, MI 49684). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
