He was predeceased by: his father Harold King. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Katke; his children, Charles "Charlie" King (Kelly) of Traverse City and Diann King of Traverse City; his grandsons, Charles and Maxwell King; and his sisters, Beverly Mull of Blanchard and Sandra Hewlett (Bill) of Remus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
