Dave Dzwik Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2025, at the age of 77, Dave Dzwik of Traverse City, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dave Dzwik to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephn Dzwik and Sophie Dzwik; and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Dzwik (Kucharek); his sons, David (Kylee), Adam and Andrew (Casey); and his grandchildren, Michael, Abigale, Jacob, Gabriel, Sophie, Owen, Emma and Lukas.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home (305 Sixth St, Traverse City, MI 49684). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (308 N Cedar St, Traverse City, MI 49684).
To honor David's life and legacy, the family invites friends and loved ones to donate to his favorite charities: Grand Traverse Right to Life, Wounded Warriors Project (or any Veteran organization), and Hospice of Northern Michigan, in lieu of flowers.
