Dexter Keller Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dexter Keller of Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Keller and Eleanor Keller (Gorniewicz); his wife Arlene "Sue" Bassett; his parents-in-law, LaVern and Rhea Bassett; and his brother Max.
He is survived by: his children, Nicole Shepardson (Terry) and Thom; his granddaughter Mayzee; his siblings-in-law, Marcia Morse (Richard), Ann Keller and Al Bassett (Bonnie); and his nieces and nephews, Daniel, Randall, Jason, Betsy, Kent and Kelsey. He is also survived by many good friends and neighbors.
Memorial contributions in his honor may be directed to the Elks Foundation.
