She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Mikolaiczik and Maryann Mikolaiczik; and her sister Connie Mikolaiczik. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Zuiker; her children, Bradley (Alicia) and Katherine (Dan); her grandchildren, Betsy, Audrey, Jack, Zach and Benjamin; and her siblings, Terry Mikolaiczik, Sally Ross, Carol Frost and Janice Rau. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Catholic Church (1025 S Union St, Traverse City, MI 49684). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Chandler Public Library in Donna's memory.
