He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Pratt Foley Jr. and Margaret Foley (Altonen); and his sister Mary Howe. He is survived by: his wife Karen Foley (Schubert); his children, Cathie Foley of Truckee, California and Edward Pratt Foley IV (Virginia) of Northport, Michigan; his grandchildren, Christian, Aimee, Anika and Edward Pratt V (TJ); and his siblings-in-law, Richard Howe, Helen Johnson and Mary Link. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
