He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Dennis and Elaine Dennis; and his brother Jack Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Eva; his children, Melissa Adams of Frankfort, Rick Dennis (Susan) of New York, NY and Jerry Dennis Jr. (Gail) of Traverse City; and his sister Joyce Brooks of Avon Park, Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
