He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Hebert (Maxbauer); and his siblings, Shelly, Dan and John. He is survived by: his wife Pam (Bourque); his children, Levi (Joanne) and Sarah (Aaron); his sisters, Jamie and Sharon; and his grandchildren, Ziva, Callen, Enoch (Levi), Xander and River (Sarah).
In lieu of flowers, Jim would have asked that you spend some time in the great outdoors, listen to Tom Petty, and donate to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
