He is survived by: his parents, Dean Hines and Carolyn Hines (Dittman); his wife Kim (Ouvry); his sons, Trey (Hannah) and Brett; his siblings, Steve Hines, Sue Duerksen (Rick) and Jeff Hines (Karen); and his pets, Ruthie and Baylee. He is also survived by his ten nieces and nephews, many great-nieces and great-nephews.
