He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin and Frances; and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his stepson Jason Rebeck (Jeanine); his grandson Brandon; and his brother-in-law James Wells (Donna). He is also survived by five nieces and a nephew.
