He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Treece and Lyla Treece (Laidlaw); his wife Pat; and his son John William Treece. He is survived by: his children, Yollie Treece (Lynda Benavidez), Pamela Scholtens (Joseph) and Douglas Treece (Laurie); and his grandson Hayden Treece.
