He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sprague and Violet Sprague (Montgomery); and his brothers, John, Dennis and Brady.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Martin Sprague (Tracy), Jamey Brown and Denise Daniels; and his sister Randi Knotts of Indiana. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
