It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Buda of Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Rick Schoen. She is survived by: her daughter Bella; her husband Brian Buda; her mother Ruth Ellen Schoen; her stepmother Lynn Schoen; her sister Kelly (Dan Leatherman); her stepsiblings, Tim Bailey, Tina, Bob Brock, Tish and Chris Reed; her parents-in-law, John and Linda Buda; and her siblings-in-law, Vicki Graczyk (Buda), Sarah Buda, Karen (Buda) and Pablo Valenzuela. She is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the family for her daughter Bella's Education Fund.
