With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Marks-Edstrom in Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away on August 2, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Nelson and Thelma Nelson (Noreen); her brother Lynn Nelson (Sharon); her parents-in-law, Gunnard and Elva Edstrom; and her sister-in-law Jo Ellen Ekins.

She is survived by: her husband David Edstrom; her sons, Richard Marks (Linda), Ronald Marks (Trish) and Douglas Marks; her stepson Mark Edstrom; her grandchildren, Madison Marks, Nathan Marks, Morgan Edstrom, Jacob Cubitt (Samantha), Andrew Alberts, Nicole Sikkema (Steve), Curtis Kangas and Mallory Babcock; her great grandchildren, Javen, Braelyn and Bennett; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Nelson (Lynn), Sandra Cornelius (Anthony), Carolyn Griegel and Nancy Crawford (James). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
