She was predeceased by: her brother Frank Kopernik. She is survived by: her sister Christine Zelazny; her nieces, Julie Piske (Dale), Sandra Fitts (Daryl) and Samantha; and her nephew Scott Zelazny (Deborah).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home (305 Sixth St, Traverse City, MI 49684). A prayer was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Hedwig Catholic Cemetery (23755 Military Rd, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127).
