He was predeceased by: his parents, James Emery and Rachel Emery; and his brothers, James R. Emery and Ralph E. Emery. He is survived by: his wife Linda Emery; his son Rodney T. Emery (Marci); and his granddaughter Kayla Drummond (Andrew). He is also survived by wife, son, and precious grandkids.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM. Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home (305 Sixth St, Traverse City, MI 49684). A burial was held on Friday, July 31st 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
