She was predeceased by: her father John Balan; her sister Minerva "Minnie" Stoyanovich (Robert "Mo"); and her grandson Logan. She is survived by: her husband Charles Samuelson; her daughters, Dayna Ryan (Dennis) of Traverse City, Trisha Hudgens (Chris) of Rogers Arkansas, Marta Shea (Patrick) of Traverse City and Amanda "Mandy" Samuelson (Greg Buchholz) of Connecticut; her grandchildren, Daniel, Holly, Jake, Alex (Megan Brandon), Emily, Connor, Jansen, Mary, Morgan, Jordan and Jack; her siblings, George Balan (Donna) and Ann Balan; and her sister-in-law Sue Scanlan. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
