He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Lichty; his sons, Mark Lichty and Chris Costlow; his grandchildren, Morgan Bruinsma (Matt), Garrett Lichty and Tyler Costlow; his great grandchildren, Robbie and Ollie Bruinsma; his siblings, Dennis Costlow (Cheryl) and Sally Bowers; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Hansen and Rick Hansen (Shawna). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
