He is survived by: his wife Terry Jo Stark; his children, Emily Bronkema and Robert Stark (Kassandra); his grandchildren, Jacob Bronkema, Robbie Stark and Olivia Stark; his sisters, Jean Hines (Jack) and Carol Grieb; and his siblings-in-law, Jane Kreps (Gary) and Rex Rudolph (Karen).
