She was predeceased by: her parents, John Spring and Nora Spring (Schroeder); her former husband Duane Ferrel; her grandson Justin Arnold; her brother Vernon Spring; her sister-in-law Diana Spring; and her sister Arlene Poorman (JJ).
She is survived by: her husband Don Meiner; her children, Alan Ferrel (Trish), John Ferrel (Brenda), Karie Moss (Edward) and Jeffery Ferrel (Laurie); her stepson Scott Meiner (Kellier Meiner); her grandchildren, Mathew, Megan, Ashley, Jessica and Jonathan; her stepgrandchildren, Matthew, Meghan and McKenzie; and her siblings, Patricia Spring and Robert Spring (Karen). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
