He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bashal and Mildred Bashal (Gallup); his wife Carol Muncie; his sibling Lee "Skip" Butcher; and his son Joe Butcher.
He is survived by: his children, David Muncie and Sarah Ministrelli (Pete); his grandchildren, Rachael Muncie, Lauren Franko (Andrew), Matt, Amelia and Brennan Ministrelli; his siblings, Anita and Dale; and his sibling-in-law Gerry Neubecker.
