With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen Jay DeLong of Traverse City, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 18, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Harold and Roberta Rae DeLong; and his brother Keith DeLong. He is survived by: his wife Tracey Deshetsky; his daughters, Mackenzie (Richard Parker) and Amber (Isaac Gilpatric); his in-laws, Ralph, Kathleen Deshetsky, Theresa Woody, Wilfred, Kelly Deshetsky, Ralph Jr., Wendy Deshetsky, Kristine, Nathan Bickel, Daniel and Dawn Deshetsky; his nieces and nephews, Jordan Belcher (Michael), Huck Woody (Kim), Larissa Van Dyk (Adam), Ethan Deshetsky (Kristina), Micaela Hazen (Austin), Levi Deshetsky, Drew Deshetsky (Mary Kate), Molly Deshetsky, Lauren Yacks (Nathan), Kaleb Bickel (Lauren), Natasha Bickel, Eli Bickel, Autumn Deshetsky, Drake Deshetsky (Erin), Alana Deshetsky, Aubree Deshetsky and Allysse Deshetsky; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hadley, Johanna, Franklin and Watson Hazen.
