J., Gabby, Windsor, Lily, Atticus, Maximillian and Athena; his wife Amy Cook (Blaser); his uncle Mark Cook (Margret); his aunt Ester Silcock; his children, Jessica (Michael), Ryan, Jacob and Samyntha; his stepson Charles; and his brothers, Calvin (Rosemary), Kim (Kimberly) and Todd Cook (Jayne).
