It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lewis (Traverse City, Michigan), born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on June 24, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Charlotte; his sons, Thomas Lewis Jr., Matt Lewis (Tracy Hawkins) and Chad Lewis (Georgia); his grandsons, John C. Urquhart and Cristopher Lewis; his mother Clarinda Terry; his brothers, Mike Rhanor (Pat) and Larry Rhanor (Barbra); and his brother-in-law Harry Razo. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and extended family.
