We announce the death of Tyua Rose Potter of Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away on August 20, 2026, at the age of 43. Tyua will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Helen and Greg Bakke; her uncle Dale; and her cousin Brandon Abel. She is survived by: her parents, Elnora Rose Bakke and Matthew Kevin Runyon; her children, Zowie Rose, Oscar Ramos of Traverse City, Shealynn Alexandria Brown, Caleb Sturgill of Cadillac, Addyson Rylie Potter and Roger James Danger Potter of Walled Lake; her grandson Bellamie Norman Ramos; and her siblings, Matthew, Erin Runyon, Belinda and Doug Mullins. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; 6 great-nieces and great-nephews; and many other family members and friends.
