She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Cook and Jessie Cook (Dast); her husband James Ray Nothacker; her children, Eugene Yagle, Sharon Dunn and Michelle Heinisch; and her brothers, James, Eugene and Frederick Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea, Tiffany, Jeff and Jon Nothacker; her brother Donald Cook (Denise); and her extended family, Gene and Sue Johnson. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
