He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kenneth Shaw and Ethel Ilene Shaw (Hemphill). He is survived by: his wife Christina; his daughters, Suzanne Verhulst (Jim) and Karen Lundmark (Mark); his grandchildren, Ben Verhulst, Emily Kolassa (Noah), Christian Verhulst (Ava) and Maxwell Lundmark; and his great grandchildren, Leo and Hank Kolassa.
