He was predeceased by: his wives, Sally and Linda; his daughter Rhonda Wheeler; his parents, George Wheeler and Irene Wheeler (Wyman); and his siblings, Willard Wheeler, Georgia Chamberlain and Noel Wheeler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Lemcool (Del), Renee Smith, Roxanne Roose (Will) and Tina Matthews; and his brother Cecil Wheeler (Cheri). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
