He is survived by: his wife Loretta Ann Beeby; his daughter Stephanie Walker (Philip); his grandchildren, Joshua Chapin and Danielle McCann (Trevor); his great grandchild Morgan McCann; his granddaughter Lyndsey Schaefer (Josh); his great grandchild Ivy Schaefer; his grandson James Sirbaugh; and his niece Dr. Julia Parrish (Bruce Dahlstrom).

The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens (3575 Veterans Dr, Traverse City, MI 49684). Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Philip Neri Catholic Church (11411 S Lacore Rd, Empire, MI 49630). A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens (3575 Veterans Dr, Traverse City, MI 49684).
