Though Willoughby may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fensel and Faye Fensel; her brother Charles Jr.; and her husband Woody. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Tracy, Cindy, Laura and Matt. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many other friends and family.
