He was predeceased by: his parents, Kurt A. Bartz and Bertha J. Bartz; and his sons, Ricky Diedrich and Al Hall. He is survived by: his wife Susie; his children, Becky Hall (Brett Weaver) and Brian Diedrich (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Helena Hacker (Conner) and Riley Diedrich.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trenton Chapel - Martenson Family (3200 West Rd, Trenton, MI 48183). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, any memorial contributions for Arty will be donated to his favorite charities in his honor.
